Hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff were very helpful; they even upgraded our room upon arrival. The breakfast buffet was simple and nice. Overall, great value for money.
The service and room were absolutely gorgeous! We got a lovely upgrade from the front desk and enjoyed beautiful views of the leaves from the king suite. I cannot say enough how everyone we spoke with was wonderful and helpful. The room was perfectly clean and breakfast was delicious - by far the best complimentary breakfast I've ever had. Absolutely 10/10 will come again!
We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The location is excellent - close to public transportation, cafes and beautiful parks, which made getting around very easy. We would like to give a special thank you to the reception team, Bryant and Kao. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Thank you so much for your love for animals and for providing such a high level of service - it really made our stay feel special. The shuttle service to downtown is a fantastic option: convenient, fast, and very well organized. It was a big plus for us. The only downside was the breakfast. Unfortunately, the selection was very limited, and the sausages were not edible. It also felt like many of the items were highly processed. We would kindly suggest considering a simpler but fresher and tastier menu, such as a selection of cheese and ham, boiled eggs, oatmeal, and a variety of fresh salads. Overall, we had a great experience and would be happy to return again in the future.
This hotel is great and their renovations make the place feel like an expensive chain Marriott hotel, and with an affordable price and having a great location just a quick bus ride away from Gastown and the city; they also have a free shuttle service to Canada Place which was hassle free. Shivani from the front desk was amazing and informed us as soon as our room was ready upon check-in (it was even 3 hours prior to check-in time). She also suggested the free shuttle service and offered that information on her own accord, which is very appreciated. Thank you Shivani and team.
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on the first night we had issue with sleeping because of the construction starting at 7 am in the morning. Next day we went to the front desk to change us to a different room Naina was very accommodating and she moved us to a different room right away. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Overall we liked our stay at Atrium.
The hotel is very good overall. It offers a fair price, the rooms are clean, and the included breakfast is delicious. The service provided by HAEIN at the reception was especially noteworthy—she was cordial, kind, and extremely helpful.
Keo the Guest Services Manager was an absolute life saver. I couldn’t use the parking garage offered and was freaking out as I’m not from this area and she saved the day. She definitely deserves a raise explaining everything perfectly. Room was great and plenty of places around to eat and relax!
Rented a room with my wife and was pleasantly surprised with the hotel The ladies at the counter were very nice and upgraded us for the night . The breakfast was pretty good Overall its a good spot and business My only gripe would be adding slip/fall protection in the showers such as a mat or strips Thanks for being great
